How Are You Responding To Negative Event?

Law of Attraction always give us more of what we vibrate, either positive of negative.

 

When something negative happens during your day, a bad comment, terrible service at lunch, frustration on a project, just to name a few, the way you respond is very important.

 

Think of the word responsibility, you are responsible for your vibration and your ability to respond (responsibility) and change your vibration for the better.

 

Since law of attraction respond to feelings, you need to observe briefly the situation (don’t talk about it, email about it and post it on twitter) and do a “reset” of your vibration by asking yourself “So, what do I want?”

Be Aware of Your Negative Thoughts

We are constantly thinking and talking to ourselves via our thoughts.

 

It is important to be aware of them and when they are negative you want to reset that thought into a positive one.

 

If I am thinking “ I don’t have enough money”  I need to change that one as soon as possible. 

 

I will ask myself:  “So, what do I want? I want to have money flow into my life easily”

 

Just doing that small change allow my vibration to be positive again and attract more into my life

Law of Attraction and Michael Phelps US Olympic team

This past weekend I watched an interview with Michael Phelps taking about his Olympic goals (which is not public but we all think he is going for 8 gold medals). 

One thing he mentioned hit home with me.  He said that in the past 4 years he has been keeping his goal on his nightstand and look at it every night.

That is a great lesson and a reminder that whatever you would like to attract in your life you need to keep your thoughts and feelings in alignment with it.

Putting your goal or a picture of it on your nightstand is a great way to let you be reminded of it and feel some excitement about it daily.

Can you Speed Law of Attraction delivery?

Do you know that the emotional charge you have in one area of your life (Money, love, relationships) will influence the speed at which you will be getting what you want in those area?

Emotions are the fuel that drives Law of Attraction. 

If your emotions are vibrating toward the negative side because of present or past issues, this will slow down the process.

Law of attraction will provide to you but at a much slower pace.  The Delivery of goodies wants to take place but the door is not fully open for it to enter your life.

Be attentive to your feeling when you are thinking of Money, relationship or love.  How are they make you feel?

Does Abundance feel good to you?

First question to ask yourself when you think about having more money for example: Does it feel good or you have a little “bug” there like I don’t deserve, I have enough for example.

Just reflect today on what could be blocking your money vibration

How do you feel when you think about making more money? 

Do you have any memories related to money that may sabotage your feeling about it?

Did something happened or was said to you related to that subject in the past that you are still thinking about it 10, 20, 30 years later?

The answers are the source of your money vibration.

Law Of Attraction and EFT

I spend the last 4 days at an Abundance workshop; it was fantastic; it did combine law of attraction and EFT. 

You may be wondering how EFT fits with Law of attraction? 

Very simple, if you want to attract abundance in your life you need to have abundance feelings and vibrations. 

IF you have some emotional issue (small or big) related to money or abundance, this will block part of your vibration.

EFT will assist you in removing the layers of negative emotion that you have and when that is done, you will be able to vibrate abundance.

LOA Emergency Kit – When you are having a bad Day

It happens from time to time that we get a bad day.

The best way to put ourselves back on track with Law of Attraction I use my “Emergency LOA Kit”

Simple, do the following:

1- Stop and remove yourself from the frustrating situation

2- Take a deep breath

3- Start thinking of a few things you are now grateful for (good breakfast, smooth ride to work, got a nice greeting when you walked into the office, you get the idea)

What you just did is basically reset your vibration/emotion to a better one.

Now you can go back to the situation and it will either be resolved (like the internet connection came back) or you will view the situation in a different way which will allow you to deal with it better.

1 simple step to attract aboundance in your life

When you radiate and give out an abundance feeling or vibration, Law of Attraction will match it.  Law of attraction gives you what you want from how you feel, not from what you think.

Sending a feeling of abundance will help you get more of what you want

Keep score of what you are getting:  Schedule 5 minute every morning to write in your abundance journal.  Keep score by building a list of what you have been attracting during the previous day.  Writing 3 to 5 thing a day is good enough.

This tip is simple and powerful.

It will have a big effect on how you fell and what you will attract in your life.

Attract More Clients Using Law of Attraction

Would you like to attract more clients?      

To attract more clients you need to have a feeling of abundance and more specifically a feeling of abundance of your ideal clients.

When you radiate the abundance feeling or vibration, Law of Attraction will match it.   

Here is 1 simple things you can do to attract more clients into your business
 
Keep in view names of your present ideal clients: Gather all the names of your present clients that you really enjoy working with (even if you only have one its ok).  Post their name on your wall. The attraction part chime in when you take multiple glances at it during the day.  At that time you are creating a positive feeling or vibration that is an alignment with attracting your ideal clients.

Law of attraction work start with: Negative or Positive vibes

Law of attraction is a concept that can be hard to understand.  The easiest way is to use Michael Losier Definition:

I attract to myself whatever I give my attention, energy and focus: either Negative or Positive.

The first part is fun and simple: I attract to myself whatever I give my attention, energy and focus

The work starts at: either Negative or Positive.

Today’s action to get good vibes: Observe today if you are putting a negative or positive attention toward your relationship and life in general.

Allowing (the hardest thing to do) to attract what you want

Law of attraction has 3 clear steps:

1- Identify my desire

2- Give my Desire attention, energy and focus

3- Allow it to happen

The hardest part is the last step: Allowing it to happen.

Allowing mean removing the doubt, if you have any doubt that you can attract what you want, this will cause a negative vibration. 

A negative vibration cause by doubt will cancel the positive vibration you are sending for your desire.

A good way to remove the doubt and keep a positive vibration around your desire is to keep evidence of positive events that are happening in general or in relation to your desire.

Today’s action to attract good vibes: Get a journal (dollar store is fine) that you will call “Evidence Journal”.  Write in it everything you have been attracting today (and every day if possible), from a free coffee, rebate at the grocery store and to bigger things when they happen.  This will put you in a positive abundance vibration.

Observe what is good in your Relationship

Law of attraction is all about matching you vibes or feeling.

In relationship sometime it is difficult to keep good vibes.

A trick in order to attract more of the positive is to talk about what is good about your relationship.  When you are talking on the phone with friends always convey the positive you are getting from your relationship.

Today’s action to get good vibes: Observe, talk or write about what is good with your present relationship

Why you are not getting what you want - 4 easy steps to find out

Do you feel that sometime you are attracting things you don’t want?

You can take an assessment of what you are putting out there and figure out what you might be doing (or not doing) that is influencing your ability to attract more of what you want.

4 steps to find out

1)      Have you removed the words Don’t, Not and No from your vocabulary?

2)      Do you talk about what you want?

3)      Are you thinking (and feeling in the process) of the things you want?

4)      Are you observing what you are getting?

If you answer “no” to any of these questions, it is probably the step you need to tweak in your attracting process.

Today’s action to attract good vibes: Pay attention during the next few days to the words you use, what you talk about, what you think about and what you are observing, it is all in alignment with what you want?

Happy Valentine / How is your LOVE life?

I love valentine day, for the chocolate!!!!  I also think it is a great time to reflect on the status of your love life and relationship.

Today if you are single and feel left out of the celebration, you can change that in an instant.

Also if you are in a relationship and have a little grouch about how the day is developing, you too can change it in an instant.

You know the main question: So what do you want?

If you are single, start your list of qualities you would like to attract in your next partner. Find a minimum of 25 qualities, beside Tall dark and handsome. 

If you are in a relationship, think of what you would like from your partner today or in the next few days, hugs, compliments, appreciation among others.

Today’s action to attract good vibes: Take a few minutes to reflect on the status of your love relationship.  Ask yourself what do I want at this time in my love life?
