It happens from time to time that we get a bad day.
The best way to put ourselves back on track with Law of Attraction I use my “Emergency LOA Kit”
Simple, do the following:
1- Stop and remove yourself from the frustrating situation
2- Take a deep breath
3- Start thinking of a few things you are now grateful for (good breakfast, smooth ride to work, got a nice greeting when you walked into the office, you get the idea)
What you just did is basically reset your vibration/emotion to a better one.
Now you can go back to the situation and it will either be resolved (like the internet connection came back) or you will view the situation in a different way which will allow you to deal with it better.
